I’m Lisa Goldberg, a nationally recognized nutritionist, behavioral weight-loss expert, and author. I help people achieve lasting weight loss by focusing on habit, behavior, and mindset change—not quick fixes or restrictive diets.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, I’ve been coaching clients since 2001. My mission is to help you get to the root of emotional eating and break free from unhealthy patterns that keep you stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting.
